Don't forget

Thursday 4/17/2008 5:30 to 8:30 is our Dairy Queen Fundraiser. Be there and tell all your friends and family. Dairy Queen donates a portion of all IN-STORE sales from that time to Lady Cougars! Drivethrough does not count. Come on in and join the fun!

This year the Lady Cougars Booster Club is trying to keep our fundraising efforts focused on one or two successful programs rather than a scattershot approach that ends up costing the softball families a fortune.

Cookie Dough Sales

Our primary fundraiser for this year will be a cookie dough sale. Those of you who have participated in this before know that we can offer a quality product that everyone loves and receive an excellent return for our efforts.

No sports program exists in a vacuum. Lady Cougars Softball is an important part of the south Anchorage Community. We will be encouraging the businesses and services that we support - to support our teams. Please download the

2008 Sponsorship Letter

and personalize it where appropriate. We've found that hand delivering these letters to business owners and managers a great way to connect with the local business community.

Even more effective is to have the girls deliver the letters and answer questions about their sport!
